Northern Territory cattle station worker injured during muster

A Northern Territory cattle station worker has been airlifted to hospital after a motorbike incident while mustering cattle south of Darwin.

The man in his 20s was working in a remote cattle station when he fell from his motorbike on Wednesday afternoon.

He was transported to a local hospital in Kalkarindji to be treated for his injuries.

He was later flown to Royal Darwin Hospital by a CareFlight aircraft.

The man remained in a stable condition on arrival at the Royal Darwin Hospital at about 7:00 pm Wednesday.
