SafeWork NSW is investigating an incident in Rose Valley where a tractor carrying 27 tourists on a hay ride lost control and rolled over while travelling through an embankment.
Seven people, including 4 children were taken to hospital.
Following the incident, SafeWork NSW said tractors and attachments must be maintained and guarded in line with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.
Statistics show nine people were killed in tractor-related incidents in the 12 months from 2017 to 2018.
