NSW’s Resources Regulator has started an investigation into a truck collision at the Maules Creek coal mine.
The incident involved a haul truck and a service truck that collided at an intersection at the mine on 21 April.
The truck operator was injured and was brought to a hospital.
The Resources Regulator will publish an Investigation Information Release within the next 14 days to provide information on the potential cause and circumstances of the incident and assist the mining industry to reduce the likelihood of a similar incident happening.
