A man has been killed in an industrial incident in western Sydney Thursday morning.
He was one of three men who became trapped inside an ink vat at the Chisholm Road factory in Auburn at about 8.30am.
Two men believed to be aged in their 30s were taken to Westmead Hospital with multiple leg fractures after being rescued by emergency crews.
The third man died at the scene.
Safe Work NSW will investigate the incident.
