A young boy has been injured in a quad bike incident in South Australia.
The seven-year-old boy suffered serious head injuries after the quad bike tipped over on its side south of Adelaide on Tuesday.
He was treated at the scene before being flown to Women’s and Children’s Hospital for further treatment.
Nine people were killed in quad bike incidents in 2018, Safe Work Australia statistics show.
